Shipping & returns

Orders are shipped to our clinic and can be picked up normally within one to two business days.


The option to have products shipped directly to home is available.  Shipping is done through Purolator.  Shipping cost is not included in the purchase price and will be listed separately.  Regular delivery requirements through Purolator may apply (eg. client may need to be home to receive product).


If you have an unopened product that you wish to return, please call the clinic at 780-594-5212.  Some items may be able to be returned with restocking fees applied.
